Are the colors in the photos accurate?
We strive to capture the essence of each piece with 95% color accuracy. However, subtle variations may arise due to different screen settings and lighting. For custom prints, slight tonal differences may occur between batches. To perceive the truest hue, we recommend adjusting your screen settings.
How do I ensure the perfect fit?
Each abaya is made to order. To choose the right size, measure yourself and check our Size Chart page before placing your order. If you’re a regular abaya buyer, your usual size will help guide you. If you have any special requests like changes to the sleeve, length, or buttons...just write them in the “Notes” section at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Patience is a virtue, and craftsmanship takes time. Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days following your confirmation email, depending on the item(s) you have orders. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification.
What is your return policy?
Due to the exclusive nature of our designs, all purchases are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, we will carefully assess the case upon receiving photographic evidence. Each piece undergoes meticulous quality checks by three specialists before it is sent to you. Should any issue arise from our side, we will replace the item with care.
Do you offer refunds?
As part of our commitment to exclusivity, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. In the rare instance of a product defect or incorrect order, we will assess the matter upon review of provided images. If the concern is confirmed, we will replace the item rather than issue a refund.
Do you have a showroom?
Not yet but we will be launching our unique showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi soon.
How do I care for my abayas?
We use delicate fabrics and hand-beaded details that need gentle care. Please do not machine wash. Hand wash with care, or take it to a professional laundry. This helps keep the fabric and design in their best condition.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the UAE only. But we're preparing to serve the rest of the GCC very soon. If you're based outside the UAE and would like to stay updated, send us a message on WhatsApp we’ll keep you in the loop.
